    Uus-Veerenni Park is the next stage of the Uus-Veerenni development project, during which three new apartment buildings will be erected on Pille Street as an addition to the Uus-Veerenni Allee homes on Veerenni Street.

    Pikaliiva

    Pikaliiva homes are located in a green zone near Lake Harku, away from the noise of the traffic. In this area of high development potential, a total of ten four-storey residential buildings will be erected in five stages. The buildings at 18 and 20 Pikaliiva Street were completed in autumn 2019, and those at 22 Pikaliiva Street and 8 Kaaruti Street in summer 2020. The buildings at 5 and 6 Kaaruti Street were completed in autumn 2020. The buildings at 1, 3, 5 and 7 Äkke Street will be completed in autumn 2021.

    Lahekalda

    Erminurme homes will be erected near Estonian National Museum, which is of the biggest and most modern museums in Europe. Erminurme offers an opportunity to live in the immediate vicinity of culture and nature. The new development project includes erection of a total of 12 apartment buildings with more than 220 apartments. The first house located at the address Erminurme tee 10 will be ready in 2021. In addition to new residential buildings the project includes building of a public park area which will be transferred to the Tartu Rural Municipality Government.

    Odra

    Right in the centre of Tallinn, on the corner of Lastekodu and Odra streets, a new house consisting of three parts with more than 100 apartments and seven commercial spaces will be built. The building located in a logistically perfect place will have 1-5-room apartments. The city centre, the Kadriorg Park, as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants, and the Central Market that will get a new lease of life in the next few years, are all located within a pleasant walking distance.

The apartment has large windows and lots of light, and no street noise comes in through the soundproof windows. In the warm carpark, we have forgotten what it was like to defrost the windshield every morning. The beautiful playground with the trampoline is a fun place for parents as well.
