    Nõmme 328

    In order to preserve the architecture typical of Nõmme, we will build 38 new elegant apartments and six commercial premises in a building with a dignified history next to Nõmme Central Square. During the construction works, the house at Pärnu mnt 328 will receive a complete renovation and a modern extension, which will integrate harmoniously the new and the historical part. In this way, we ensure high-quality homes for the residents of both parts of the house. The parts of the house will be connected by a central staircase with an elevator hall and a gallery.

    Lahekalda is a rapidly developing new residential district where new modern buildings will be erected. In addition to more than a thousand apartments, a kindergarten and a convenience store are planned in the area.

    Allveelaeva

    The building to be constructed at Allveelaeva 4 in the vicinity of Noblessner Marina will accommodate 148 apartments and more than 1000 square metres of commercial space. The homes will have higher-than-average ceilings and windows down to the floor level. Apartments of the higher floors will include spacious roof terraces. There will be a courtyard with a playground and garden in the middle of the building.

    Erminurme

    Erminurme homes will be erected near Estonian National Museum, which is of the biggest and most modern museums in Europe. Erminurme offers an opportunity to live in the immediate vicinity of culture and nature. The new development project includes erection of a total of 12 apartment buildings with more than 220 apartments. In addition to new residential buildings the project includes building of a public park area which was transferred to the Tartu Rural Municipality Government. The first house located at the address Erminurme tee 10 was completed in 2021.

    Uus-Veerenni

    Uus-Veerenni is the largest residential development area in central Tallinn where you can simultaneously enjoy the small-town charm while being so close to downtown. As part of the development project approximately 50 apartment buildings with nearly 1,400 new homes will be built over the years. There will also be a kindergarten (will be completed in the summer of 2023) and a commercial building in the area. The first stage of the Uus-Veerenni quarter was completed in 2019, the second stage was completed in 2020, the third (Pille 4 buildings) and fourth (Tiiu 12 buildings) stages were completed in 2021 and the fifth stage (Veerenni 36b and Pille 11 buildings) with a total of 137 apartments was completed in the summer of 2023. The courtyard between the buildings of the first stage won the annual award of the Association of Landscape Architects in the courtyard category in 2020. The 8500 m2 public park in the Uus-Veerenni quarter – along with its playgrounds, sculptures, recreational area and reading corner – was recognised in the same competition in 2023.

    Metsatuka

    Metsatuka homes are situated on the shared border of Nõmme and Laagri, next to the forests and bog trails of Pääsküla. Metsatuka brings together architecture that values nature and a comfortable living environment. The benefits of city life are still at hand, time simply moves at a more pleasant rhythm. The residential buildings at Teelise 6 and Teelise 8 // 10 comprise of 130 aparments in total.

    Tihase

    The Tihase apartment buildings, which are being constructed on the corner of Sõpruse Avenue and Tihase Street in the Kristiine district, form a residential complex modern in appearance that will also be home to small businesses. The complex will bring together the best of both worlds: an idyllic, family-friendly environment with playgrounds, relaxation areas and green spaces (including a private orchard); and the urban rhythms of the nearby city centre, with all the fun and excitement it has to offer. Located at Sõpruse pst 26//28, the buildings will feature 46 apartments and three commercial spaces.

    Odra

    Right in the centre of Tallinn, on the corner of Lastekodu and Odra streets and a location that boasts a fascinating history, a new house, consisting of three parts with 114 apartments and seven commercial spaces, has been completed. Odra is characterized by industrial feel and architecture that suits urban rhythms. The development’s yard area is but a green oasis in the midst of fast-paced hustle and bustle of the city. The secure landscaped courtyard has a playground and recreational areas with special solutions providing excellent opportunities to relax in the fresh air and chat with the neighbors.     As part of the first stage, two apartment buildings with A-energy class will be completed in the spring of 2025 at the addresses Õie 2 and Õie 4. There are only 11 apartments in both buildings.
