    Nõmme 328

In order to preserve the architecture typical of Nõmme, we will build 38 new elegant apartments and six commercial premises in a building with a dignified history next to Nõmme Central Square. During the construction works, the house at Pärnu mnt 328 will receive a complete renovation and a modern extension, which will integrate harmoniously the new and the historical part. In this way, we ensure high-quality homes for the residents of both parts of the house. The parts of the house will be connected by a central staircase with an elevator hall and a gallery.

    Odra

Right in the centre of Tallinn, on the corner of Lastekodu and Odra streets and a location that boasts a fascinating history, a new house consisting of three parts with 114 apartments and seven commercial spaces in total will be built. Odra is characterized by industrial feel and architecture that suits urban rhythms. The development’s yard area is but a green oasis in the midst of fast-paced hustle and bustle of the city. The secure landscaped courtyard has a playground and recreational areas with special solutions providing excellent opportunities to relax in the fresh air and chat with the neighbors.

    Tihase

The Tihase apartment buildings, which are being constructed on the corner of Sõpruse Avenue and Tihase Street in the Kristiine district, form a residential complex modern in appearance that will also be home to small businesses. The complex will bring together the best of both worlds: an idyllic, family-friendly environment with playgrounds, relaxation areas and green spaces (including a private orchard); and the urban rhythms of the nearby city centre, with all the fun and excitement it has to offer. Located at Sõpruse pst 26//28, the buildings will feature 46 apartments and three commercial spaces.

Merko as a
developer of commercial premises

The buildings built by Merko and the commercial premises in them have been planned carefully with the help of the best architects and designers. At the customer’s request, we will do all the necessary additional work.

Every business is unique

Many businesses have found a cosy home in our apartment buildings – the street level is a great location for cafés, restaurants, small shops and beauty salons; the office apartments on the upper floors are perfect for small businesses.

In 2018, we were in a great hurry to move to new business premises as our lease on the old place was about to expire. We chose premises with a sea view at Noblessner where development was still in progress and construction only halfway done. Merko had about 1.5 months to finish the entire interior design. Despite an extremely tight schedule, we worked out a necessary compromise in each situation and managed to move in right on time. We are very satisfied with our choice to this day!

I am a big fan of Noblessner and I chose the site as it was a new up-and-coming residential and retail development project.
