- Swedbank home insurance is free of charge for the first year and life insurance is 15% off for the first year. **
* The free expert appraisal offer is valid for new home loan applications submitted between April 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025. Swedbank is responsible for ordering the expert appraisal.
** Special offers for home insurance and life insurance are valid for private clients who, within the time period of April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025, request a quote from Merko for a new apartment located within the development noted in the campaign conditions, and enter into a notarized contract for the purchase of said apartment no later than on December 31, 2025.
