All Vesilennuki buildings go on sale

We announced the start of construction on the first buildings in the Vesilennuki project back in January and we are now launching the construction and sales in the next three buildings in Noblessner. The joint Merko and BLRT Group development project will see the completion of five apartment buildings in Noblessner port complex with a total of 161 apartments and 14 commercial spaces.

Noblessner, which has been called the best new integral urban space in the Baltics, is located by the seaside in Tallinn next to the Seaplane Harbour. Once the Russian Empire’s most important submarine production facility and located just a walk from the city centre, today Noblessner is a stylish and modern seaside area.

The complex’s historical industrial buildings with grand architecture, marina, art galleries, great places to eat and a colourful cultural life complement the high-quality apartments and commercial spaces. “Clients have eagerly awaited the development of Noblessner, being a unique residential environment. More than 1000 people have signalled their early interest in the Vesilennuki project,” said Tiit Kuusik, member of the management board of the developer Kodusadam OÜ, the joint venture of Merko Ehitus Estonia and BLRT Group.

“As an urban space, Noblessner offers a unique experience, both as a seaside location with a historical legacy, the activities in the port complex and the distinctive architecture and well-thought-out design of the apartments’ floor plans, said Kuusik, listing the reasons for the Noblessner’s popularity.

The next five six-storey buildings being built in the Noblessner port complex are titled the Vesilennuki project (merko.ee/noblessner/vesilennuki). The buildings at Vesilennuki 18/1 and 18/2 will be completed in late 2022 and the ones at Lennusadama 3/1, 3/2 and 3/3 in summer 2023. The five buildings have a total of 161 one- to six-room apartments and 14 commercial spaces.

The architectural design of the buildings with spacious balconies is by KOKO Architects and the interior architecture is by KAOS Architects. The sizes of the flats, which are full of light and have higher than average ceilings, range from 33 to 377 square metres and home buyers can choose from six different interior finishing packages.

Noblessner’s plaza and promenade are pedestrian- and bike-only and the large Kalamaja Park is in the immediate vicinity of the port complex. The parking spaces are on an underground parking level that keeps the aboveground area clear for landscaped yards, playgrounds and leisure areas.
