Dvigatel Industrial Park (~52 ha) is located in the proximity of Tallinn City Centre between Tallinn Airport and Suur-Sõjamäe Street. A logistical advantage of Dvigatel Industrial Park is good access to all main roads and harbours and a railway branch line to Ülemiste goods yard.

Detailed planning of Dvigatel Industrial Park was approved by Tallinn City Council on 6 February 2003.

Traffic control
According to the detailed planning, this is an area of open streets, with access from Suur-Sõjamäe Street and from Tartu Road through Lennujaama tee.

Public utilities
The area has all necessary public utilities (water, sewerage, electricity, communication lines, gas, heating). Heating is planned mainly by local gas boiler plants.
