AS Merko Tartu's activities date back to 7 November 1989, when the cooperative undertaking KSK was launched. Due to the building activities picking up all over Estonia the company organised a placing of shares with AS Merko Ehitus and the reorganisation of various companies resulted in AS Merko Tartu as it is today. The company is specialised in project management, mediating the services of subcontractors to clients and bearing final liability towards the client for the timely and high-quality completion of every construction object.
Merko Ehitus holds a 66% interest in AS Merko Tartu.
