Member of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus

Born on 6 January 1951.

Viktor Mõisja graduated from Tallinn Polytechnical Institute in 1976 in the specialty of heat and gas supply and ventilation. He has been working in AS Merko Ehitus since the foundation of the company as the foreman, object manager and since November 2001 in the position of the head of department of concrete works.

He fulfils the obligations of the member of the management board since 21 December 2010 and his fields of liability are the quality management and conduct of supervision.

The management board is a directing body of the Company which represents and directs the Company. The management board shall, in directing, adhere to the lawful orders of the supervisory board. The management board is required to act in the most economically purposeful manner.
