Born on 15 February 1969.

Finished Rapla Secondary School and graduated from the chemical faculty of Tallinn University of Technology in the specialty of public catering organisation and technology.
Pursuant to the graduation from the university worked for ten years at the different positions in Hansapank.
Since 2004 works as the manager of the financial sector of Merko Ehitus and is responsible for the company's financial and managerial accounting and investor relations.

The management board is a directing body of the Company which represents and directs the Company. The management board shall, in directing, adhere to the lawful orders of the supervisory board. The management board is required to act in the most economically purposeful manner.
