Functions of the group's directorate

The main function of the group's directorate of AS Merko Ehitus (Group's directorate) is to create the standpoints of the strategy and activities of the group regarding the expansion to the markets located outside the Republic of Estonia and as to the companies of the subsidiaries and associated companies founded in other countries and the companies belonging to the group dealing with the fields of activities requiring specific knowledge (see management of subsidiaries).

The group's directorate gives the management board of AS Merko Ehitus the consent or refuses from the giving of consent for making the transactions regarding the functions of the board of directors.

The supervisory board performs supervision over the activities of the group's directorate.
