In the sector of education we develop cooperation with Tallinn University of Technology and Tallinn College of Engineering. To guarantee the uptodate higher education of construction we support the development of competence of the lecturers and acquisition of teaching aids.

COOPERATION WITH TALLINN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND TALLINN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
On 22 November 2007 we concluded the long-term cooperation contract with Tallinn University of Technology which stipulates the cooperation possibilities in the research and development activities and in the undertakings of innovation and technology transfer and in the sector of further and continuing education.

STIPENDS
The stipend of Master's study of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti in Tallinn University of Technology
The aim of Merko stipend is to contribute to the studying motivation of the student and thereby aftergrowth of the academic personnel in Tallinn University of Technology. The stipend of Professor Heinrich Laul
We concluded the cooperation contract with the Development Fund of Tallinn University of Technology to continue the issue of the stipend bearing the name of Professor Heinrich Laul, established on 7 November 2002, in the construction specialties to the young lecturer/scientist up to 40 years of age, possessing a Doctoral level degree, in Tallinn University of Technology. The stipend is paid in cooperation with AS Nordecon, incl. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti supports with 50% and AS Nordecon with 50%.
