Long-term experience, competence
We have competent project teams with long-term experience, under the management of which KUMU, main building of SEB Bank in Tallinn, Stockmann storehouse, Viru Centre, Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel have been completed. We have built Viimsi schoolhouse, Iru municipal and social dwellings. The penal institution Viru Prison compliant with the up-to-date requirements of the European Union is under completion.
The environment-friendliness, user-friendliness, security, use of innovative solutions of buildings-facilities is important for us.
As an international experience we point out the hotel Lietuva and objects of Lietuvos Telekomas in Lithuania and the skyscraper of Hansapank and Riga's ice hall in Latvia.

We improve by analysing the experience of the whole world and sharing of constant trainings and object experience, in the course of which the project team makes a summary of the studying hours of planning and construction works of the completed object, used innovative construction-technological solutions, subcontractors and quality supervision.

Multistage quality control
We guarantee the quality development and planning by cooperating with the recognised architects and engineers. The quality of construction is achieved in cooperation with the long-term partners - subcontractors. During the current activities we have developed the network of subcontractors the work of which is of high quality and who meet the agreed deadlines. At the same time we perform piling works, concrete works, electrical works, outer networks and road construction with our own force which creates the competitive advantage for us in performing the works of critical importance in construction.
We guarantee the quality of construction works with multistage quality control based on the ideology of the company's integrated management system and the application instruments of performance of the construction supervision included therein. On the self-developed objects this starts with involvement of qualified owner or client supervision with which the constant supervision is parallel performed by the object personnel and the company's own quality specialists are additionally consulting and controlling the withholding from the construction technology or quality requirements. In case of responsible construction procurements or subcontracting works the performance of the conformity control of products or construction works by the subcontractor is applied (so-called audit of II party). By constructing pursuant to the main contracting we apply the in-company multistage quality supervision, by involving, if needed, the relevant professional experts to complete or control our competence.
